Linked Noodle facilitates transactions through credits. When a student books, then pay you in credits. You can redeem these credits at any given time. Normal processing times apply.

Go to dashboard > billing log > click “redeem credit” > input account info > redeem!

For Students

If the dispute cannot be handled amicably by either party, then either side may file a claim that will be reviewed and processed by our team before initiating the refund process

If your experience didn’t meet your expectations, leave a review immediately after taking the lesson.

For more serious matters concerning safety, violence or any other inappropriate/unacceptable/illegal issues, please report your experience to Hello@linkednoodle.com

Please note that Linked Noodle abides be each teacher’s cancellation policy. We strongly advise you familiarize yourself with each listing’s policy. Once familiar with a teacher’s cancellation policy, if you still want to cancel a booked class just return to the listing, go to the side bar and click the “CANCEL THIS CLASS” button

Note that Linked Noodle will not honor refunds for cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled class
