Learn how to increase strength and range of motion, then use those benefits in the context of dance! We'll study how to increase control of your muscle groups through body isolation, and how to synchronize these movements gracefully and with rhythm.

  • don't forget to pick up your class card in the office prior to class
  • we offer yoga mats, but you can bring your own if you like
  • comfy cloths
  • let Katrina know of any health issues prior
