About this class
Learn how to incorporate exciting lifts, dips and stunts into your partnerwork. This class shows you the basics of how to safely and impacfuly incorporate daring and gymnastic moves into your foundation of partner dancing and will look impressive on the dancefloor. This class will be building off of basics learned in Lifts & Dips level 1.
- don't forget to pick up your class card in the office prior to class
- don't forget to tell your instructor if you have any relevant health issues or injuries
